The evident and clear truth that the Savior from scripture calls for a kind of radical love focused on the impoverished has consistently rendered the Christian faith rather a provocative belief system: attractive to the masses, but due to its inherent radicalness requiring to be restrained. In the fifties it was contained through watering down – The Protestant faith was so dominant that it practically sanctified existing conditions.
A Conflict for the Best Within Us
Hence I have become heartened to see the persistent defiance to Trump develop over the last twelve months. It has served as great solace to help build the campaign that has demonstrated publicly in rally after rally, and likely has encouraged citizens to show up in large quantities during minor elections.
